SNOOKER TABLE FITTING

If you're a hands on type of person, then fitting your own snooker or pool table might seem a good thing to have a go at, however...
Snooker tables are dangerous things if not handled correctly. The weights involved could cause serious injury, so please think on and be extremely careful before handling the sheer weight of the slates! The safe and sensible option would be to contact an experienced fitter and have your table looking and running as good as can possibly be. I'm sure you'd sooner watch us lift the heavy slates while you sit back and have a cup of tea! Let us take the strain!
RECOVERS
We can recover your snooker or pool table in a range of cloths.
You can have different grade cloths, and even different coloured cloth to suit you budget and style.
All recovers include fitting new cloth to the bed and the cushions.
RE-RUBBERING
The cushion rubber is an essential part of the snooker table cushions.
Without a good cushion/ball response the game will be much the worse to play in. A good bounce is essential! We can fit top quality Northern Rubber which has a 10 year guarantee, or an economy rubber, which will last you around 5 years.
We can cut and shape the rubber to your specifications. Either a match shape and size, or if you're a more social player, we can make the pockets a little more generous.
TABLE MOVES AND RELOCATIONS
Sheffield Billiards has an unenviable reputation for table fitting, but particularly the art of moving and relocating tables. Most of these jobs can be completed within the day (Mileage/location depending).

SNOOKER EXHIBITION NIGHTS
We can offer any professional player for an exhibition night in your very own club/venue. We will bring our match table and install it for your unique event. Choose the player of your choice and we will make it happen! Over the years we have worked with many of the games biggest names including Steve Davis, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Dennis Taylor, Jimmy White, John Virgo, Ken Doherty, John Parrott, Mark Williams & Stephen Hendry to name a few.
